Orders and checkout

Checkout, payment and order details are handled by Shopify under Shopify's privacy policy.

Advertising tracking (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram). It records pages you view, products you look at, items added to cart and checkouts started, along with your browser info, IP address and Meta cookies. Meta receives this data so we can measure which ads bring visitors and sales and so Meta can improve ad delivery.

In regions that require consent (such as the EU, UK and Canada), the pixel only runs after you click Accept. Elsewhere it runs by default, and you can turn it off anytime. We store your choice and when you made it in your browser.

To change or withdraw your choice: Cookie settings. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook account settings.

Email and forms

Emails you submit (newsletter, sponsor applications, bike photos) are stored by us and are not shared with Meta.
